Baking Schedule

Spring 2010 Classes:
- Feb 16th & 17th Exotic Gumpaste Flowers:
  - $140 2 day class 9am to 1pm
  - Bird of Paradise, Anthurium, & Cymbidium Orchids arrangement.
  - All supplies included along with lunch.
  - Students should bring tools
- Mar 3rd Fondant Characters - Safari Animals:
  - $80 1 day class 9am to 1pm
  - Hands on class includes all supplies and lunch.
  - Students should bring tools.
- Mar 17th Make Your Own Molds:
  - $85 1 day class 9am to 1pm
  - Includes all mold making products and lunch
  - Students should bring small items they wish to mold.
- Apr 14th Stringwork:
  - $85 1 day Class 9am to 1pm
  - Hands on class includes all supplies and lunch.
- Apr 28th Sculpting Cake:
  - $80 1 day class 9am to 1pm
  - Hands on class includes all supplies and lunch
  - Students should bring tools.
- May 5th & 6th Petite Gumpaste Flowers:
  - $140 2 day Class 9am to 1pm
  - Freesia, Pansy, Sweet Pea, Iris, Stephanotis plus more.
  - All supplies included along with lunch
  - Students should bring own tools.
- May 19th Fondant Characters - People:
  - $80 1 day Class 9am to 1pm
  - Hands on class includes all supplies and lunch
  - Students should bring tools.
